Witness The Fitness is based in South Shields and runs a variety of boot camps and fitness programmes to help you get fit and stay fit. I also offer one on one personal training and massage services.
Training with Witness The Fitness can not only help you lose weight and improve your fitness, it can also help reduce blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and reduce the risk of diabetes (or the amount of insulin required if you’re already diabetic) – it’s not just on the outside, training with me works on the inside as well.
